Personal liability insurance is a policy that provides cover against the financial consequences to which the insured party is exposed when that person causes property damage or personal injury to a third party through the negligence or carelessness of themselves, their children, employees, animals or anything else for which they are responsible. However, this insurance does not cover any actions intentionally committed by the insured party.
